I am happy to share with you the programme for the  *Sixth South and
South-West Asia Forum on the Sustainable Development Goals *that will take
place on 5-7 December 2022 *in Islamabad, Pakistan *under the theme:
*Accelerating
the recovery from COVID-19 and the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda
for Sustainable Development at all levels.*

We would like to work with you on the participation of Major Groups and
Other Stakeholders, as well as possible interventions.
We would like to suggest APRCEM to have a look at the programme and to send
us names of the participants and of the proposed speakers for the different
sessions. It is not defined at this stage how many speakers we can
accommodate, but we welcome your suggestions.

Once those are provided (with a brief description of the participants, and
rationale for the intervention), ESCAP will review the list and provide
comments and suggestions.


ESCAP / APFSD Secretariat will be able to fund the participation of one
APRCEM representative to the forum.
